Help with subscription renewal

My billing address/email address/credit card information has changed since I first subscribed, how do I change my details?

If you would like to change your details, please go to your My Details page (links to this appear at the top left of every page when you are signed in). To change your credit card details, click on the "Manage subscriptions" link. Then click on "Change my credit card". You will be taken through the necessary steps to update your information.

If you need to change your billing address or email address, go to the My Details page and click on either "Change my email address" or "Change/add to my details" as appropriate.

The card I use to pay for my subscription has expired. How do I change my payment details?

I don't want to renew my subscription. What do I need to do?

If you are happy to end your subscription, go to "My details" and click on "Manage subscription". Click on "Cancel subscription"

Where has the Informer gone? Why has the Wrap changed? Can I still get it as HTML?

Rather than continue to produce two paid-for email services - the Wrap and the Informer - we have decided to withdraw the daily Informer breaking news email and incorporate the best elements into the Wrap subscription package. · Free tickets to Guardian events and exhibitions, and discounts on Guardian books

How much are you going to charge me for my renewal?

An annual subscription to the new Wrap package is £14.95.

An annual subscription to Guardian Unlimited Crosswords is £25 (£20 for students)

An annual subscription to Guardian Unlimited Ad-free is £20

Current subscribers receive an extra month free when renewing your subscription(s), giving you an extended 13-month term for the same price as the standard annual subscription rate.

My renewal seems to have failed, but I still want the product? What should I do?
