Tracey MacLeod is a journalist, producer and broadcaster. For many years she was a regular presenter of BBC2?s arts magazine The Late Show, and she currently combines her broadcasting activities with writing for several national newspapers.

Derek Malcolm served as the Guardian's film critic for three decades. Derek is currently putting the finishing touches to his collection of the 100 essential films of the 20th-century and at this year's Cannes Film Festival was presented with a medal for his services to cinema by the festival's president Gilles Jacob.
